Cancellation Policy
7 working days or less = 25% of the course cost
3 working days or less = 50% of the course cost
Cancellation on the day, or non-attendance = 100% of the course cost including all fees.
South Wales Electrical Training will charge any additional fees that have been incurred as a result of cancellation.
All Deposits are non-refundable    
Payment Terms
Payment is strictly paid before start of course unless otherwise stated.
Order numbers, if required must be supplied before completion of training.
If an order number is not provided, payment is still required from the date of the invoice.
SWET reserve the right to withhold any certification or exam entry until payment has been received.
Information may not be uploaded to awarding bodies should payment for previous invoices remain outstanding. This may incur additional charges to yourselves and result in delegates being required to attend the training again, should this occur payment will still be due.
Registration with awarding body will not take place until this signed booking form is returned and all course fees, registration fees and examination fees are paid.
Suspending the course/ transferring the course for a later date will incur a 20% administrative fee.  Only one suspension/transfer of a course will be permitted.
Suspension/transferring the course on more than one occasion will result in course cancellation    
If certification is not received within 6 weeks and we are not notified, there may be charges for replacements to be issued. (Exclusions apply).
Certification is issued to the address stated on the booking form or to the person who booked the course, should information be incorrect you may be liable for replacement certificates to be issued.
SWET reserve the right to withhold any certification until payment has been received.
Replacement certificates are charged at £50 + VAT each which is subject to change without notice.
All certification is posted 2nd class via Royal Mail, if you would prefer your certificate to be sent via recorded delivery, please notify us. There will be a charge for this. Alternatively, you can choose to collect your certificate.
SWET will not be held responsible for certificates lost in the post where delegates do not request and pay for special post    
Bookings & Confirmation
By enrolling on the course you are accepting our terms and conditions, you are confirming that the details listed are correct.
No course booking is confirmed until we have received payment in full. Upon receipt, joining instructions will be issued (if required).
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure delegates wear suitable clothing for the course they are attending.
For courses taking place at a customer’s premises, equipment relating to the course may need to be supplied, along with a suitable training area for the training to take place.
For courses being held at customer’s premises appropriate business insurance is held along with any other documentation relevant to the training (i.e. LOLER certificates).
I/we confirm that the instructor provided by SWET has the authority to operate any equipment necessary to deliver the course listed overleaf.
Should suitable facilities and/or equipment not be provided, the instructor reserves the right to stop the training. Payment is still required in full.
Delegates must have a suitable understanding of English, if not, please advise us.
Any special requirements that may have an effect upon the course or examination must be stated overleaf.      
Examinations and Materials
It is the responsibility of the delegate to ensure they have the correct  date and time of the examinations, including practical assessments.
It is the responsibility of the delegate to ensure they arrive in adequate time for the examination.
Late attendees for examinations or practical assessments may be refused entry resulting in the examination being cancelled. This will incur a resit fee.
Candidates are responsible for bringing their own materials, calculators and publications to the course. Candidates are permitted to use their own test equipment in practical assessments.  The instruments and leads must satisfy Health & Safety Legislation.
On-line examinations must be attempted within 30 days of the course date.  A resit fee will apply if the deadline is missed.
